Mood Clothing is Australia's newest multi brand unisex streetwear store catering to rebellious youth. We will be opening our first physical pop up store in Melbourne Central, next to Puma, Hype DC, Carhartt and Nike.

RETAIL ASSISTANT ROLE - PART TIME

ABOUT THE ROLE

We currently have a few part time positions available to create our first instore team in our Melbourne Central pop up store.

You will also be working with a supportive team that are all striving to deliver a great experience with our customers, maximise sales and support the warehousing and management team with stock organisation and visual merchandising.

DUTIES

  • Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve both individual and store sales targets
  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Working well within a team environment
  • General maintenance of the store
  • Assist with stock management and setting up visual merchandising
  • Follow loss prevention processes to minimise stock loss
  • Fulfil online orders
  • Create and post content on our IG account.
  • Attend store meetings and in-store training

Awareness of loss prevention, health & safety, visual merchandising as well as experience in a team environment or fashion retail is favourable but not essential.

WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT ROLE - PART TIME

ABOUT THE ROLE

We currently have 2 positions open to assist with tasks at our Warehouse. In this part time role, you'll be working with 1-2 other colleagues at the warehouse.

DUTIES

  • Picking/Packing of orders to stock customer’s retail outlets in a timely manner;
  • Goods receiving, checking deliveries & dispatch;
  • Stock control & conduct physical stock-takes:
  • General warehouse duties, which may include cleaning and administration
  • Packaging and bar-coding products; and
  • Stocking and supplying stores as per request
  • Deliver stock to and from warehouse/Melbourne shops
  • (Training will be provided) Operate printing and clothing alternation machinery

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Ability to carry out manual handling duties as required;
  • Ability to work unsupervised;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail;
  • The desire to learn;
  • Self-motivated and energetic
  • The ability to work well in a team environment and follow direction; and
  • A friendly and approachable manner
  • Possess current drivers license
  • Good time management
  • Willing to work hard
